Spirow Studio

In a world that never slows down, calm is the ultimate edge.

The years between 14 and 20 are when young people learn how to handle pressure, relationships, expectations, and themselves.

The Calm Advantage is a five-session experience designed to help them understand their minds, regulate their emotions, and build tools they can carry into everyday life.

They're not broken. They're just carrying something nobody taught them how to put down.

Exam pressure. Social expectations. A phone that never lets them switch off. The pressure to know who they're becoming before they've had the chance to figure it out.

They don't need more advice. They need a space to understand what's happening inside them, and tools that actually work when life gets difficult.

That's what we build here.

No two teenagers are the same. So no two cohorts run the same.

Spirow keeps each cohort intentionally small, so the experience can respond to the young people actually in the room.

01

Regulate.

02

Reflect.

03

Rewire.

The practices stay consistent.
The approach is theirs.

They don't leave with someone else's framework.
They leave with their own.

At the end of every cohort, we sit and reflect back on what I observed over five sessions - their natural intelligence, where they come alive, what the world needs from specifically them.

Parents are part of this. Before the first session, we speak - so you know what to expect and how to hold space at home. On the last day, you're invited into the room.

Supriya Rao, founder and lead facilitator of Spirow Studio

The greatest gift we can give a teenager is to truly see them.

I've been practising breathwork and meditation for over 20 years. Along the way, I learned how to understand my own nervous system, recognise my patterns, and find my way back to myself.

Today, I bring that lived practice into my work with young people, creating a space where they can feel heard without feeling judged.

“Teenagers mirror a calm adult. When I'm in the room, they feel it. And that feeling is where the work begins.”
